Daily Confessions of a Crazy Mother

When I became a mother, I automatically ceased to understand what the word 'normal' meant. Life is anything but normal with 3 small children running around. :)

Sometimes when adults speak, all I hear is a buzzing noise. I can see the person's lips moving and I know they're speaking English, but I have no idea what they're saying. It just sounds like jibberish. My theory is that it's because I've either not had enough sleep or coffee. Possibly a combination of the two.

I always have an audience (with interesting commentary) when I'm in the washroom. If I can get in there and lock the door before the audience arrives, I feel quite triumphant. However, if my 'entourage' manages to follow me in, I hear all sorts of comments such as 'mom, your butt covers the whole toilet seat'. Thanks..just what every woman needs to hear. LOL

I rarely get to enjoy a fresh, hot cup of coffee. I usually have to nuke it several times before actually finishing it. I'm probably partially radioactive by now.

I've lost count of how many times a day I exclaim "What IS that?" It could be could be chocolate. You just never know...

I could go on ALL night with these....
